Meditation 2- For stress and the adrenals

If the build up and excitement (or stress) of Christmas has left you depleted, then this is the meditation for you. This meditation is extremely healing for any stress damage you may have encountered and is very beneficial for exhausted adrenals. Do it everyday for a week and you will feel the profound benefits. 

Sit comfortably with an upright spine.

Think of your body as a clock face.

Bring your right arm up at 12 o’clock (it will be touching your right ear as it faces up towards the ceiling) and lift your left arm up at 10 o’clock.

Touch your thumbs to the base of your little fingers.

Look down towards your upper lip.

Breathe in and out deeply for 3-5 minutes.

Sit with your eyes closed for 1 minute after and observe the effects on the body and mind.
